e-Boekhouden

With e-Boekhouden, GigGuru creates draft invoices, one per client, with a line per gig. It does not push hours: e-Boekhouden has no time tracking.

e-Boekhouden only works with an API token. There is no sign-in via e-Boekhouden.

  1. Create an API token in e-Boekhouden via Beheer → Instellingen → API.

  2. On the web, go to Settings → Accounting, pick e-Boekhouden, paste the token and save the connection. During onboarding this is the Accounting step.

  3. Fill in the Invoice settings. Without them GigGuru creates no invoices:

    • Invoice template — the layout e-Boekhouden uses for the drafts;
    • Default ledger account — a revenue account. GigGuru only lists accounts whose number starts with an 8;
    • VAT code;
    • Payment term (days) — 14 by default.
  4. Switch on Create draft invoices and, if you like, pick a sync day.

All gigs that are included are grouped by client. Each client gets one draft invoice with:

  • a line per gig: hourly with the hours as the quantity, or for a day rate one line with the total amount;
  • a travel line per gig, when the client pays travel and the distance is known.

Every line gets the ledger account and VAT code from your invoice settings.

A gig whose client has no linked contact (relation) yet is skipped and reported. Once you have made the link, it is picked up on the next sync.

  • It does not push hours. Where the other packages show Sync worked hours, GigGuru tells you this is not available for e-Boekhouden.
  • It does not send invoices. You do that in e-Boekhouden.
