Planning systems
GigGuru connects to your client’s schedule through an iCal link, and to Rentman also through an API token. Any system that gives you an iCal link therefore already works, even if there is no guide for it below yet. How such a link works is explained in How an iCal connection works.

Section titled “Calendar apps”An ordinary calendar can be a source too: for example a shared calendar a client puts your shifts in, or your private calendar to block days.

Working with a system that isn’t listed?
Section titled “Working with a system that isn’t listed?”If that system has an option like subscribe to calendar, iCal, ICS or calendar export, it most likely works already. Paste the link under Settings → Connectors.
