Password

• Change it on the web under Settings → Profile, at Change password.
• Forgotten? Request a new link through forgot password. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder first.
• If you sign in with Google or Apple, you don’t need a GigGuru password. If you want one anyway, set it in the same place, at Set password.

Deleting your account

You do this yourself, without us:

• On the web: Settings → Profile, at the bottom under Danger zone → Delete account.
• In the iPhone app: Settings → Account.

To confirm, you type your password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you type your email address instead. For Apple with a hidden address, that is the @privaterelay.appleid.com address shown on the screen.

Your gigs, connections, settings and financial data are then gone immediately. This cannot be undone.

Cancel your subscription first

A subscription through the App Store keeps running at Apple, even after your account is gone. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. See subscription.
